The Opposite of Progress

Fitness Friday: This week I would like everyone to share what they are focusing on currently with their fitness. Are you focusing on eating better? Share a recipe or tell us what you are doing.   1. I am focussing on actaully exercising. I have backtracked a lot in the last year. I gained back the weight I lost last summer and didn't make any progress in the time between. It is frustrating, but I also know that it is my fault. I decided to focus on feeding my family under our new food allergy guidelines and threw out any other goals for the year. Now that we are a year into their treatments, we have gotten many of our foods back 2 or 3 times a week, so a lot of options are back open to me. Now it is time to focus on myself again. Sigh. I just wish it wasn't so much hard work! :)

  2. I am focusing on the rolls making more contact one with the other, and on my spreading thighs. :( Have got to get a grip!


I don't get to talk to a lot of actual grown-ups during the day, so your comments make me really happy! :)
