Fitness Friday Assignment

Try something new!

Do a new kind of exercise, eat something new and different, change your routine to be healthier...whatever. Choose a new healthy thing to try and do it. Report on your results on Friday.

  2. I can't really think of anything. I did try something new a couple of weeks ago which was to get the Walk At Home tape to exercise with. Mostly what I need to do is be consistent. That's a biggie.
    I will check in again on Friday with my progres report for the week, and hopefully not bungle up my link as I did my plans last week, because not one person stopped by my post or left a comment.
    I did go back to your post and add a new link but I guess you never read my comment asking you to please remove the old link that wasn't working. :-( I felt like an orphan seeing all the comments on everybody else's posts and not a single one on mine. Sniff, sniff!

  3. Let's see...you could try a new healthy recipe and post pictures for us if it turns out good (not always a guarantee around here!)!

    I did get your e-mail, but didn't have time to fix it right then and later I forgot. Sorry! It's fixed now. Everyone go read GGG's post--the link is fixed now! :)

  4. Artisan bread is bread that you can get in the bakery department of the grocery store that is not mass produced. It has much fewer ingredients than regular bread and is usually not loaded with preservatives either. It's more of a homemade taste, and some of them taste similar to french baguettes or Italian bread. I try not to keep it in the house because I can go through it very fast all by myself.


I don't get to talk to a lot of actual grown-ups during the day, so your comments make me really happy! :)
