Just When You Think They Aren't Learning Anything

You've had those doubts, right? I just feel like our lessons haven't had a lot of "punch" to them lately. We all have spring fever. I wasn't sure anything was getting in.

We studied bees a few weeks ago. Today, while we were getting the oil changed, it was 50 degrees in the waiting area (because of the A/C, not the weather). So I sent the girls over to a patch of grass and trees to run around. I saw Sweetheart picking buttercups and rubbing them on her legs. I didn't think much of it.

Then she ran over yelling, "Mommy! Mommy! Look! I'm a bee! I have pollen legs!!!!"

*Smile* She learned something.

  2. Oh, I need some of these moments!

And, I am glad to know that other people have lessons that they don't feel are getting in. :)

I don't get to talk to a lot of actual grown-ups during the day, so your comments make me really happy! :)
