I just read that Nastia Liukin weighs 99 pounds. As in...under 100 pounds. LESS THAN 100 POUNDS. And she's muscular. And, to add insult to injury--she was born my freshman year of college. As in...when I was 18 and not 99 pounds.
I am old and I am fat. And I have snacked my way through the Olympics far too many nights on the couch this week.
What are your weekend plans?

I think I'll try the Michael Phelps diet...12,000 calories/day. NO JOKE! So, if I eat like that, will I swim fast and be lean too?

ReplyDeleteAnd, I think I AM on the Michael Phelps diet already! They said he burns like 4,000 calories per workout. I wonder how many weeks it would take me to burn 4,000 calories?
