Our first ministry is to our family. It's not only lovely, it's good parenting (in my opinion) to do deeds of service with the family. Children emulate what they see. I could spend all day feeling guilty about all the abundance, especially monetary things, that I have in my life. It's a tough line to walk--enjoying one's blessings and blessing others. I have to make sure EVERY DAY to realize that I have nothing and am nothing without Him.
